well it's wintery season again. already! summer seemed to fly by in about a nano second. so unfair. if i wasn't super healthy over the summer i feel that it's an uphill battle now that the temperature has dropped and the sun is going down down down. HOWEVER i ordered a super neato jump rope. for some cardio action. and i significantly lowered my alcohol consumption in the last um... 2 days.
